Business people, hungry golfers and families on a walk all come together for a moment of relaxation. 

Enjoy a rotisserie speciality with friends or colleagues or share a cheese platter, fondue or raclette. Here, everything is designed to delight your senses: barbecue and pool bar in the summer, rotisserie and gourmet cheese specialities all year round.

The "A l'Epicerie" restaurants are unique expressions of French gastronomy. The chefs cook seasonal and quality products with condiments and sauces from the Grande Provence artisan Aix&terra, cheeses from the Alsatian artisan René Tourrette. Show cooking - Festivity

Do you like to cook, to share the good smells that escape from the pots and tickle your nose? In our restaurant A l'Epicerie Chantilly, the kitchen and its magnificent rotisserie open onto the dining room and give access to our impressive terrace. When the summer season arrives, the cooking is done over a wood fire with our braziers which crackle every summer for a natural and festive moment. "A l'Epicerie" Chantilly is BBQ TIME every Sunday lunchtime!



But the show cooking and festivities don't stop there, thanks to our incredible XXL cheese bell. Come and taste our carefully selected cheeses all year round, as they reach maturity and reveal the best of their flavours in our 2m x 2m bell. Cheese platters, raclettes, fondues, private events in finger or buffet mode, pièces montées...

At the Mercure Chantilly, breakfast is available as a buffet, room service (with an extra charge), or in express mode at the bar. Remember to book your stay in bed and breakfast to start the day gently. Our buffet is composed of a selection of sweet and savoury products, with a focus on organic products made in France: loose teas, delicious jams from Aix&terra.

Please note: our restaurant provides high chairs and bottle warmers on request, subject to availability. A changing table is freely available in the women's toilets of the conference centre.
