During the summer, you can enjoy the barbecue and pool bar. During the rest of the year, you can enjoy cheese specialities and à la carte dishes for a romantic dinner or an evening out with friends. For lunch, why not try the gourmet buffet and in the evening for our dishes to share. Our "A l'Epicerie Chantilly" team will be very proud to serve you our local cuisine, which has won the 2023 Innovation Trophy. From the garden to the plate", this is sustainable hospitality and another big step towards food self-production.


PLEASE NOTE: For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept pets. We put A highchair and bottle warmer are available on request, subject to availability. A baby-changing table is freely available in the conference centre's ladies' toilets.

For the Buffet GourmandFor starters and desserts, help yourself to the buffet. As for the hot dish, the team will be delighted to serve you one of the three wonders of the day. For discerning gourmets, the "Cloche à fromages" plate is available at an additional cost. If you don't have much time for lunch, our offer l'Express at the table is ideal. One of the 3 hot dishes of the day is available to satisfy your appetite. If you're in the mood for cocooning and snuggling up in your room, beware of missing the evening's feast: Mont d'Or, Raclette, or Fondue. It would be a shame to miss out! Don't be sad though, there will surely be other opportunities.

Show cooking - Festivity

Do you love cooking and sharing the delicious smells that waft from the pots and tickle your nose? In our A l'Epicerie Chantilly restaurant, the kitchen and its magnificent rotisserie open onto the dining room and give onto one of the entrances to our impressive terrace. When the fine weather arrives, the food is cooked over a wood fire with our braziers, which crackle every summer for a natural and festive moment to remember. But the show cooking and festivities don't stop there, thanks to our incredible XXL cheese bell. Come and taste our carefully selected cheeses all year round, as they reach maturity and reveal the best of their flavours in our Cloche measuring almost 2m by 2m. Cheese platters, raclettes, fondues, private events in finger or buffet mode, pièces montées...
